Preliminary Design
We have the experience necessary
to identify issues and develop solutions in the
early project study / preliminary design phase.
Each assignment has a unique set of structural
engineering requirements. We are convinced that

structural engineering principles and codes,

Construction Documents
and Design Phase
With over 50 years of combined
engineering experience, and two staff engineers
with advanced graduate degrees in structural
engineering, our design engineers will provide
structural design integrity in every project
that we participate. Our construction documents
are of high quality with emphasis on
completeness and clarity. The structural
information is specifically identified, plans
are clearly dimensioned, and details of
structural conditions and connections are
thoroughly illustrated. The completeness of our
structural plans typically minimizes structural
change orders, streamlines shop drawings, and
reduces contractor questions or errors. We take
pride in completing our design phase on time and
thrive on meeting aggressive schedules.
Construction Phase
We are committed to expediting
shop drawings and providing timely responses to
contractor questions. We work with contractors
during retrofit or complex additions to help
preserve the structural integrity of the
existing building.
