Inc. is founded by A.E. McMahon, and begins providing Civil
Engineering Services to its clients. |

Robert McMahon becomes
President of his father's company. |
|

1984 |
Previous owners begin
an ownership transition process by promoting
Denny J. Lamers to Vice President of the Corporation, who begins
to reorganize company management. |

|
1985 |
The ownership
transition is completed with the buyout of Robert McMahon's
stock. Denny J. Lamers is named President and Chief
Executive Officer. The company's sales for engineering and
design services total $1.3-Million annual at this point, with a
staff of thirty. |

1987 |
The second element of
what has become the McMahon Group is initiated with the
incorporation of Midwest Contract Operations, Inc. (MCO).
The first major client is the Neenah-Menasha Sewerage
Commission. Since their beginning, MCO has grown into a
major player in the Midwest for Contract Operations and
management of small to major municipally-owned facilities.
MCO currently has contracts in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana and
Illinois. |

1989 |
The McMahon Group
grows, once again, when an office in Valparaiso, Indiana, is
opened; beginning as a small branch office providing primarily
water and wastewater engineering services. |

|
1993 |
The McMahon Group
negotiates with Robert Miller over the purchase of Miller Wagner
Coenen, an Architectural Firm, including all of their assets.
The staff of Miller Wagner Coenen join the McMahon Group, and
the company is named Miller Wagner Coenen / McMahon, Inc. (MWC/M).
This adds Professional Architectural Services to the McMahon
Group portfolio. |

1993 |
The McMahon Group
expands by opening an office in Machesney Park, Illinois.
This office began as providing Public Works engineering, with a
staff of ten. Several Water and Wastewater Treatment
Design/Build projects have resulted from this office.

1995 |
The McMahon Group
reaches a milestone when sales exceed $10-Million, and staff
size reaches 100-employees for the first time. |

|
1995 |
The McMahon Group
purchases, designs and builds the current Business Park, located
in the Town of Menasha, Wisconsin, as well as our current
Corporation Offices. |

2001 |
The McMahon Group
exceeds 150-employees. |
|
|
2005 |
The Architectural Firm
of SLaM (Sachs, Long & McMahon) is obtained by the McMahon Group
of Companies; bringing additional architectural expertise and
clients to the MWC/M Architectural Group. |
