Lean Architecture

Lean can be defined at “The systematic approach to identifying and eliminating waste (non-value added activities) through continuous improvement by flowing the product at the pull of the customers in pursuit of perfection”.  McMahon finds value in applying lean principles to the way we do business.  Value exists not only in how we operate within our own building, but also in delivery of services to our clients.  It is our belief that there is opportunity in every project to apply appropriate lean principles that add value and eliminate waste for each project.
