McMahon has completed numerous housing and medical related facilities from planning and conceptual design through construction. Sample housing projects include Elderly Housing Facilities, Elderly Care Facilities, Specialty Care Facilities, and Nursing Homes along with various apartment and townhouse developments. Our medical experience includes the architectural and engineering design for spaces and buildings housing all traditional modalities and associated support spaces.

Although our firm does not specialize in any one area including Alzheimer and/or dementia care facilities, members of our staff are familiar with the base concepts and research that the design of these facilities is based on. Members of our staff have completed research on traditional and new American and European models for the delivery of care to the special needs of people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.
