Our Company History
We began in 1909 serving the Wisconsin Fox Valley and since then have expanded our reach to work with clients and projects across the country and even around the world. Our firm is headquartered in Neenah, Wisconsin with offices in Illinois and Indiana. We are proud of the strong reputation we have earned among our clients and the long-term partnerships we have developed.

1987
Affiliate Midwest Contract Operations, Inc. (MCO) incorporates serving municipalities with contracted operations and technical support. MCO becomes independent company in 2013.
1993
Miller Wagner Coenen parters with McMahon offering additional architectural services and is incorporated under the name Miller Wagner Coenen/McMahon, Inc. (MWCM).
1995
Corporate headquarters relocates to McMahon Drive within McMahon Business Park in Neenah, WI.
2020
McMahon Associates, Inc. acquires the assets of RW Management Group, Inc., a Wisconsin-based public and emergency management consulting firm.
2021
RW Management Services moves under the umbrella of McMahon as Public Safety and Municipal Management service group.
